Still in progress…

I won‘t say I miscalculate the time it takes. I only realize that somehow I always tend to be on the optimistic side of the timetable; I simply expect things to develop faster!

Fact is, my work is still in progress – but not finished.

I’m doing the quilting and trimming the edges – in between writing notes and instructions for my book. I want to get as far as possible with the text part before going to Paris. In Paris I want to concentrate on adventures – not on writing!

Okay, I also face still a few weeks of teaching. However, summer holiday is on its way. I definitely can make it out in the horizon!

  1. Is it made completely by handstiching?
I have been a quilter all my adult life, but sad to say I don’t have much time for it these days.
Was a quilt teacher for many years, and loved it.

Gorgeous Hanne! I hope we get to see a pic of the finished piece.

  3. Literally I can see from the photo your perfect hand stiches. Amazing work and the colors are the victory of it all.
