When I was a teenager I was absolutely passionate about horses but it’s years ago now I’ve been on a horseback for more than 10 minutes. However, from today I’m taking up riding again!
I’ve found the cutest little North Swedish Horse, Donatello, living here nearby. It’s owned by a woman my age – only she has 2 small children – and not enough time for riding her horse daily, so she’d advertised for a co-rider: I went for an interview and a test-ride/ trial trip whatever it’s called and even if I felt my horse-skills were a bit rusty I was accepted; My lucky day!
